November 2011 Meeting: Student Competition, featuring the "Mystery Basket" item Squash. The students had to prepare 5 courses in 90 minutes which featured various types of squash. Chef Kris Sillers and Chef Dee Lennox were 2 of the 4 judges. 6 teams of 4, 24 students in total, participated. Thank you!
