The ACF national convention will be hosting competitions, for those of you who are interested in participating, I would encourage you to review the rules and sign up for one if you are ready to participate. There are two months to prepare. Good Luck! If you have time, they are looking for judges, let me know if you are interested.
A quick reminder, Monday May 14th, at 6:00 PM is our monthly meeting. Our educational component topic is sustainable fishing.
Our meeting will be hosted at 15th Fisheries & Dock Side Café in Fort Lauderdale.

Welcome to the ACF Broward Chapter!
We are the Broward chapter of the American Culinary
Federation (A National Organization) located in
Broward County, Florida. We are dedicated to networking
and supporting chefs within our county through our pledge
